Shipping Terms
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Update this section if your processing time exceeds 2-3 business days.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Any Free shipping promotions if available will be added automatically at checkout or by using promotional codes in appropriate checkout section. Most of the products have USPS Advanced Ground shipping, USPS Priority and Express shipping options. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier policy.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number status will be updated within 24 hours and can be monitored on www.usps.com website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Webstore www.msr-s.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
MSR Solutions Inc. (KartinaPA.tv webstore) is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns
All balance cards are NON-REFUNDABLE as any virtual (not physical) product! They cannot be returned for any reason. You have 30 calendar days to return an physical item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Refund will be initiated to your credit card (or original method of payment) if your return is approved. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Shipping
Customer will be responsible for paying for return shipping costs for non-defective items (if don’t need this item or bought by mistake). Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you requesting return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
